We are pleased to announce that Nowicki.Art Foundation has become a partner of the Haunting of Painting Young Painting Festival, organised by the Academy of Art in Szczecin.
This year’s edition of the festival will feature:
7 group exhibitions,
6 solo exhibitions,
12 locations,
4 days of festival events and an accompanying programme.
The official exhibition opening will take place on 28 May at 7:00 p.m. at the Mieczysław Karłowicz Philharmonic in Szczecin.
The works on display will create a multifaceted narrative about the continuity and transformation of the language of painting, highlighting its enduring position within contemporary visual art and its ability to represent the elusive, “haunting” themes of the present day.
The exhibition will also be available for a special preview during the 21st European Night of Museums, on 16 May from 9:00 p.m. to midnight.
The project is being carried out in collaboration with the Academy of Art in Szczecin and the ROKI collective.
Admission to all festival events is free.
