We are looking for someone to join the NAF team who will support the gallery’s daily operations, help organise exhibitions and events, and provide professional assistance to visitors.
We are seeking an independent, well-organised and communicative person with an interest in contemporary art who will actively participate in the life of the gallery.
Responsibilities
- ensuring that the gallery is open regularly from Thursday to Sunday, between 1:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., and being present at selected evening events, exhibition openings and meetings;
- guiding groups through exhibitions and providing professional assistance to individual visitors;
- operating the gallery’s small café and bookshop;
- providing ongoing organisational support for the café, bookshop and gallery spaces, including maintaining supplies;
- assisting with the installation and dismantling of exhibitions in cooperation with the technical team and curators;
- organising and coordinating the transport of artworks and art objects in cooperation with the curator;
- supporting the sale of paintings and other works presented in the gallery, including preparing and sending offers and communicating with interested clients;
- assisting with the organisation of children’s workshops, meetings, concerts and other events organised by NAF;
- preparing the necessary materials and supplies and cooperating with suppliers and catering companies;
- maintaining regular contact with designers, contractors and technical teams regarding work carried out within the gallery;
- cooperating with artists, curators, partners, guests and gallery visitors;
- actively collaborating with the team, showing initiative and being willing to undertake a variety of tasks related to the gallery’s activities.
